Law firms

Websites and SEO for law firms.

For solo practices and small firms that want a fast, credible website and to know which searches bring in cases. The site, the hosting and the search work come as one service, and your domain and content stay yours.

How clients find a lawyer

A search, a shortlist, a call

Most people need a lawyer rarely and suddenly: after a crash, an arrest, a separation, a visa deadline. They search, open three or four firm websites and call the one that seems to understand their situation.

Those clicks are among the most expensive in Google Ads. "Personal injury lawyer near me" costs about $148 a click, criminal defense searches about $56 and family law about $30. Every visitor who finds you through a search you rank for arrives without that bill.

When we looked at 114 personal injury firms in the top Google Maps results across six US cities this October, 40% of their sites were built on the big legal-marketing platforms. Smaller practice areas were less polished: 29% of the immigration firms we checked were on do-it-yourself site builders, and 36% had no analytics.

What you get

What a firm's site needs to do

  • A page for each practice area

Car accidents, DUI, custody, green cards, wills and trusts. Each practice area gets its own page, written for the person searching for it.

  • Intake that reaches you

Forms work on every device, even with JavaScript off, and arrive within a minute. Calls and forms both count, with the search that brought them.

  • Fast and easy to read

Every site ships at 100 on Lighthouse for speed and accessibility, so it reads well on a phone in a waiting room.

  • Changes without a ticket

Update a bio, add a case type or change office hours and it's live in about a minute. You can also make changes by asking Claude or ChatGPT.

In detail

What a law firm's site has to get right

Say who you help, plainly

People don't search for "tort litigation". They search for "car accident lawyer" or "how long does a DUI stay on your record". Pages written in their words, one per practice area, are the ones that rank and the ones they call from.

Attorney bios that read like a person

Clients hire a person. Each attorney's page should say what they handle, where they practice and how long they've done it, with a real photo. The site only says what's true, so this comes from you.

Your state bar's advertising rules

Lawyer advertising is regulated state by state. We don't promise outcomes, invent results, or call anyone a specialist unless your state allows it. Case results and testimonials go up only with your approval and the client's consent, with whatever disclaimer your state requires.

What law firm SEO actually involves

A fast site, one page per practice area, the city and courts you work in named plainly, real attorney pages, and a Google Business Profile that matches the site. After launch the work is seeing which searches bring enquiries and building on them. Our SEO agent does that every week and proposes each change for you to approve.

How it works

Three steps, no jargon.

  1. Tell us what you do

A short call about your practice, your clients and what the site needs to do. Bring your bios, your photos and your opinions.

  2. We build it

Your site goes up on a preview address first. Read every page, tell us what to change, and we connect your domain once you're happy.

  3. We keep it humming

Hosting, security certificates, edits and new pages as you grow. You run the practice and we run the website.

FAQ

Questions firms ask us

We're in a legal-marketing contract. Can we move?

Yes, once your contract allows it. Your domain stays with whoever you bought it from, going live is one DNS record, and every old page is redirected so its rankings carry over.

Do you write the practice-area pages?

Yes, from what you tell us about the cases you want more of. You or another attorney reviews every page before it goes live.

Can you show our case results?

Only the ones you give us, with the client's consent and whatever disclaimer your state requires.

Can we see which enquiries came from search?

Yes. Each call tap and form shows the search, page or campaign behind it. Whether it became a signed case is something you'll know and we won't.

A website you're proud to send people to.

Tell us about the practice and we'll reply within one working day.
