Websites that bring in the work for local service businesses.
From the roofer down the road to the law firm on Main Street. We design, build and run fast websites for businesses that get their work from phone calls and enquiry forms, so customers find you on Google and when they ask ChatGPT who to call. An SEO agent keeps improving the site from your own search data, and you get on with the work you're good at.

Who we work with
Written for your kind of business
How customers find businesses like yours, what the site has to get right, and what we found when we looked at the competition.
Home services
Roofers, plumbers, HVAC, electricians and the other trades that live on the phone.
Law firms
Solo practices and small firms, with a page for each practice area.
Denver businesses
We're based in Denver. How customers across the metro find a business, from Boulder to Centennial.
What you get
Everything a website should do, minus the headaches.
Fast. Like, really fast.
Pages are built ahead of time and served from Cloudflare's network in hundreds of cities, with no bloated scripts. They load before your visitor finishes blinking.
Enquiries that actually arrive
Contact and quote forms work on every device, even with JavaScript turned off, and land in your inbox within a minute. Anything suspicious gets flagged instead of quietly binned.
Found on Google, and by AI
Clean structure, a sitemap, structured data and an llms.txt file, so search engines and AI assistants understand what you do and who you do it for.
Changes in a minute
Change a price, add a team member or post a case study, and it's live everywhere in about a minute. Undoing it is just as quick.

AI integration
Update your website from Claude or ChatGPT.
Your site connects to Claude and ChatGPT through MCP, the open standard AI assistants use to work with other software. Connect it once, then ask for what you need: a new page, an updated price list, a rewritten section.
- Ask in plain language No menus or settings to learn. Describe the change the way you'd ask a colleague.
- You decide when it goes live Changes wait until you say publish, so nothing surprises your customers.
- Easy to undo Every published version is kept, so any change can be rolled back in seconds.
Add a page for our new emergency call-out service, link it from the menu and publish it.

Speed & technical SEO
Every site ships at 100 across the board.
Lighthouse is the audit Google publishes and the one your developer will run on you. Most small business sites score in the forties once the plugins, trackers and carousel are loaded. We start from a hundred and treat anything less as a bug.
- Pages are built before anyone asks for them Every page is rendered when you publish and served from the edge as finished HTML. There is no database to wake up and no theme to assemble.
- No JavaScript to block the page Menus, accordions and tabs are built with HTML and CSS, so they work before anything downloads and keep working if something fails.
- Images sized and converted on upload Drop in a photo from your phone and it is cropped, resized and re-encoded once, not re-scaled in the browser on every visit.
- The machine-readable parts are written for you Headings in order, alt text prompted before publish, structured data, canonical links, a sitemap and an llms.txt, all generated from the pages themselves.

Agentic SEO
A website that keeps getting better.
An AI agent works on your site in the background. It reads your search data, finds where you're missing out, makes the change, then measures whether it helped. Improvements stay. Anything that doesn't help is rolled back.
- Find Searches you don't rank for, pages that underperform, titles nobody clicks.
- Improve Rewrites, new pages, FAQs and internal links, drafted by the agent.
- Measure Rankings, clicks and enquiries, compared before and after each change.
- Keep what works Winners stay. Everything else is rolled back automatically.
Review every change yourself, or let the agent publish on its own.

AI search
When a customer asks ChatGPT who to call, make sure it can name you.
More people now ask an AI assistant for a plumber, a lawyer or an accountant near them, and they get back a short list of names. That list comes from what the assistant can read: your website, your listings and your reviews. We take care of the website and tell you what to do about the rest.
Pages an assistant can read
Every page is built ahead of time as plain HTML, with structured data and an llms.txt file generated from it. A crawler reads the whole page on its first visit without running any code.
Answers up front
Assistants quote pages that answer a question straight away, so each service you want more of gets its own page, with your customers' questions answered on it.
The same name and number everywhere
Assistants check you against your Google Business Profile, directories and reviews. We tell you which ones matter in your trade and where your details don't match.
Improved every week
The SEO agent reads your search data every week and proposes changes. You can review each one, and anything that doesn't help is rolled back.
Knowing what works
Find out which advert paid for itself.
Most small businesses have either no analytics at all, or an account nobody has opened since it was set up. Yours comes with one screen that answers the question you actually have: where did the work come from.
- Phone taps count, not just forms For most trades the call is the job. Somebody tapping your number counts the same as somebody filling in the form, which is the half most tools cannot see.
- Every enquiry shows its story Open one and you can see how they found you, what they read and how long they took to decide. Useful before you pick up the phone.
- Campaigns you can actually settle Tag a link once and the flyer, the Facebook ad and the van sticker each get their own line, with the enquiries next to them.
- No banner, nothing sold on Measured on your own domain and kept there. No advertising network in the middle, so there is nothing for your visitors to dismiss.

How it works
Three steps, no jargon.
Tell us what you do
A short call about your business, your customers and what the site needs to do. Bring your photos, your logo and your opinions.
We build it
Your site goes up on a preview address first. Poke at it, tell us what to change, and we connect your domain once you're happy.
We keep it humming
Hosting, security certificates, edits and new pages as you grow. You run the business and we run the website.
FAQ
Good questions.
Who is this for?
Businesses that win work through phone calls and enquiry forms: roofers, plumbers, electricians and the other home-service trades, law firms, dental and medical practices, accountants and advisors, IT providers. If your customers search for you before they call, it's built for you. We don't build online shops.
Where are you based?
Denver, Colorado. We work with businesses across the Denver metro and with businesses anywhere else in the US. Call us on 720-431-2310.
Do I have to move my domain or email?
No. Your domain stays with whoever you bought it from, and your email isn't touched. Going live is a single DNS record, and we'll tell you exactly what to click.
Can I make changes myself?
Yes. Edit words and photos yourself and publish in about a minute, or have us do it for you.
I already have a website. Now what?
We keep what works, fix what doesn't, and redirect your old pages so you don't lose the search rankings you've already earned. Here's how moving a site works.
How do I get my business to show up in ChatGPT?
Make it easy for the assistant to read your site and to find you in the places it trusts. That means clear pages for each service, structured data, and your name and phone number written the same way on your Google Business Profile, directories and review sites. Nobody can promise a mention, but we build every site so AI tools can read it, and we'll tell you where else you need to appear. More in getting named in AI search.
Is SEO dead now that AI answers questions?
No. AI assistants build their answers from pages they can find and trust, so a fast site with a clear page for each service still pays off. Stuffing keywords into thin pages is what stopped working.
Does my website affect whether AI recommends me?
Yes. It's the one source about your business you fully control. If an assistant can't tell from your site what you do and where, it falls back on directories and other businesses' pages. Your reviews and listings count as well.
Why not just use WordPress?
Plugins. Of the 11,334 WordPress security flaws found in 2025, 91% were in plugins, and about half of the serious ones were exploited within a day of going public (Patchstack, 2026). Our sites have no plugins, and no database or login on the public site, so there is nothing for you to patch and far less for anyone to attack.
What does it cost?
It depends on how much website you need. You'll know the price before we start, and there are no surprise invoices.
A website you're proud to send people to.
